Our Light Ups are designed to fit a standard 2' x 2' fluorescent ceiling fixture with a drop down door.

- Pull Tabs to Unlock light frame.
- Gently lower that side of the frame. It will swing on the hinges.
- Place the light lens into the frame with the artwork facing downward.
- Straighten the light lens so that it lays flat on the diffuser.
- Gently raise the frame.
- Close the tabs to lock the frame.
- You're finished!
Do Light Ups replace the diffuser (plastic cover on the light fixture)?
No. Light Ups are inserts that lay on the top of the diffuser.
Can Light Ups be removed after installation?
Yes. Light Ups are not attached to the light fixture and can be removed at any time.
Will the picture fade?
Light Ups are printed on high-quality film with vivid, UV resistant, long-lasting inks and will remain bright and vibrant for years.

What is the turn-around time for Custom artwork?
Turn-around will depend on the quality of the artwork you send us. However, generally 2 weeks. You will be contacted once we receive the artwork.
Are there any limitations on the artwork for Custom Designs?
Yes, We reserve the right to reject any artwork deemed pornographic, excessively violent, or just plain gross. If it's not rated PG, please don't send it to us.
